Introducing our Director Timothy Spindler. Tim trained vocationally The Brighton Academy and The Academy of Contemporary Music. He also trained academically at the University of Southampton. He has a BA honours degree in Performance Arts, and a higher diploma and national diploma in music. His performing credits include playing principle roles as Cable in 'South Pacific', Leo Bloom in 'The Producers', Perchik in 'Fiddler on the Roof' and J.P finch in 'How to succeed in business without really trying. He has a wealth of experience in all areas of Performing Arts and we are thrilled to have Tim as our CPA Director. Tim has more recently begun his journey to becoming a casting director and has also begun writing, publishing and recording his own musicals.
Meet Laura-Jayne Amer, our resident choreographer and co director. Laura has been choreographing for over 10 years. She has choreographed for many productions, vocational schools, television and events. Laura trained vocationally at Reynolds Performing Arts. She is trained in all areas of dance, drama and musical theatre. As a choreographer her choreography has won national titles, All England Finals and been featured on Dance Mums UK reaching National Finals. Laura has exams to vocational and teaching levels with Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and the London College of Music.
Craig Buckingham manages our CPA Talent Agency and is our resdient screen acting coach. His television credits include Ruth Mendell Mysteries for ITV, Sky Living TV Series, Britain's Most Evil Killers and he has recently played the lead role in the documentary, Payback, charting the life of converted London Gangster, John Lawson. Other roles include the supporting role of Morten in the forthcoming, Robin Hood The Rebellion, and a supporting role in the short film, Doorways, currently working its way around around the UK film festival scene. Craig is currently filming a lead role playing Bill Bowden in a feature length production of the WWII film, The Girl Who Made A Daisy Chain. Craig's stage credits include hosting and presenting charity galas, compering stages at festivals and more recently playing the role of Daddy Warbucks in the well known musical Annie.
Meet Alicia Hendy, a trained actress and dancer.
Alicia co manages our CPA Talent Agency. She has a wealth of agency experience and theatre credits which include Rizzo in Grease, Fraulein Kost in Cabaret, Iris Kelly in Fame and more recently Miss Hannigan in Annie. Alicia is also a National Champion for Global Rock Challenge and was a finalist in the very presigious All England Dance Competition. In dance she trained and undertook exams with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and the Royal Academy of Dance. As an acting and dance coach Alicia now trains pupils for up and coming roles in theatre projects.
Louise and Sebastien Jacquemin are the joint owners and directors of EntertainArts Ltd which is a company that has been established for over 10 years. EntertainArts Ltd is the home of Colburn Performance Academy (CPA) and the long established Berkshire Dance Academy. More recently Louise and Sebastien are proud to have developed their newest venture CPA Talent Agency. The CPA Talent Agency is the newest part of the company and is designed soley to push CPA performers to gain professional credits. Louise & Sebastien have used their qualifications and industry experience to develop their company and they are extremely proud of their high standards and established success.
